I Tumble 4 Ya

I lucked out tonight when I stumbled, or should I say tumbled, upon a new and inspiring Tumblr blog. It features the musings and vision and images of photographer Deborah Jaffe and she promises to share some of the many snapshots she has taken in over 20 years as a professional, and incredibly talented, photographer. This is just a small sampling of her lovely way of seeing the world. Be sure to check out her professional site and her stock images. Oh, and I just have to point out that tile in the last image. Isn't it amazing! Yes, I said the tile. ;0)

So much to love here. The bold use of color, pattern, textiles. Complete confidence and wild abandon. This is no holds barred decorating. Admittedly not for everyone, but this is the kind of stuff my dreams are made of.

Actually, downright bewitched would be more appropriate. I'm absolutely spellbound with all the beauty found in these most intoxicating spaces.

Handy Dandy App Primer

I just opened my mailbox to find the new issue of House Beautiful awaiting my perusal and of course, I couldn't resist a quick flip through before running off to carpool. This great iPhone App guide instantly grabbed my attention. Let me just say, I am not a tech toy gadget junkie. Couldn't care less about the newest, latest, greatest whatzit or gizmo except when it comes to my beloved iPhone. Seriously, for those of you who have one, isn't it the most amazing, wonderful creation. I know, this is not a healthy attitude, but I can't resist its magical lure. I'm hooked.

Getting back on topic, I thought this was a great round-up of apps and thought I'd share the bounty. Hope you enjoy.
