These are like a still life in white punctuated with a bit of glam (the crystal chandelier), a good dose of rustic (all that painted wood) and a healthy sprinkling of shine (take note of the lovely bits of metal here and there). If I could paint, what an inspiration these rooms would make.
Wow. wow. wow. You continue to amaze me with your powers of internet sourcing!
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous.
Yes... That second one is particularly inspiring. I bet the creativity would just flow, if only I could crawl into the image and hang out in that chair for a bit.
ReplyDeleteSo right, indeed! I think this is one of the most gorgeous houses I've seen in a very long time. And I've seen a lot of gorgeous houses! Another fabulous find!
ReplyDeleteI love that unconstructed kitchen. Is that the word I'm looking for? It's a quartet to seven in the morning here.
ReplyDeleteI second Erin's assessment of your sleuthing skills. You're too cool.
"quartet"
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha ha!!!
Thanks Erin! (D-C) :0)
ReplyDeleteUnconstructed, deconstructed, pieced together, I getcha Raina. And I concur.
ReplyDelete"Quartet," hee, hee, I like that so much better than quarter, it's lyrical!
Cool, I'm not, but I've always loved sleuthing. Just call me Nancy Drew. Did I tell you I tracked down that piece of sh*t that totalled my car? The police couldn't figure it out, but I found him, yessiree, I did!
There's a tag going around that I passed on to you, if you feel like playing... Have a good day!
ReplyDeleteThanks Erin, I'm game! I'll get right on it, which means you won't see it for a while, cause my boys keep me pretty busy. But I promise to play along asap! Thanks for thinking of me. :0)
