Someone's Come Out of Their Shell
























This is the second born performing with his school class in a little program entitled "We are One Big Happy Family." Until recently, he has been the "quiet one." Definitely not an attention-seeker, always there to calm the waters and be the peacekeeper. But all of a sudden, a star is born. Both at school and especially out on the soccer field, he has become a powerful leader, outspoken and confident. Oh how I love this boy!

    Thank you for your comment Amy. I have to admit, it made me shed a tear. I was looking at this evolution/change in my sweet boy as him becoming different...changing. But of course you are right, I am watching him become himself, become who he really is. I have no idea if that made any sense, but your comment went straight to my heart. So thank you.
