A photographer, in Paris, with access to the apartments of the chic and stylish. Oooo la la, sounds like a recipe made in heaven, no? I don't really know what the story is behind this intriguing blog, but that makes it even more curiouser! Clarisse Demory is the author behind Ensuite and the talent behind these photos. I've said it before, but I'll say it again, as much as I love a perfectly executed space, all done up by a professional designer, I really love a home that tells the story of its inhabitants. One that looks collected over time. Just like these lovely spaces. A true reflection of those that reside within the walls of these rooms. On another note, a quick thank you for all your lovely comments on my little diy over at Pure Style Home. And a big welcome to those of you who stopped by from Lauren's place.

ReplyDeleteI agree - I love "real" spaces the best! And you always seem to find the most amazing ones!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you're back!
ReplyDeleteI love so many of these... the horse, the sofa with slanted mirror, the desk vignette, the oodles of art.
Yummy.
I cannot wait to check out this blog! What's with all the gorgeous doors in this post?! Does every Paris apartment have terrific doors. Or is that a stupid question...
ReplyDeleteThe steel doors and the paneled sliding door are my faves!
paris just seems to have better light than we do on the left side of the hemisphere.
ReplyDeleteReally liking that dark red wallpaper. so moody and delicious.
Glad to have you back!
What is it about Parisian interiors?
ReplyDeleteThe quality of light?
They just always seem to be so magical.
Welcome back. Missed you and your creativity.
ReplyDeleteAll beautiful photos, but I am especially in love with the photo of the anemone and ranunculus flowers. I have a thing for painting them. They are fragile and yet a bit eccentric.
Thanks for the inspiration.
