Yes, I agree. It's a great, fun focus point.
Love love LOVE.I'm starting to feel Laura Ashley type prints, too. And, no, I haven't sustained a head injury.
I'm with you but I'm also pitchin' in for a little therapy session to figure out just why we love this so much....
Yup, love it- I'm actually on a total carnation binge lately...I think they are HIGHLY underrated in the flower department and that painting proves it...fabulous!
Thoroughly lovely and practically perfect in every way. Alcirathenerochronicles.blogspot.com
The painting is by a well known american artist - Donald Baechler. It's actually not 'Laura Ashley' at all.
yes ma'am. and i think that yellow pillow is srsly helping the rooms cause.
Hello Anon. Thanks or visiting and might I add, thanks for the schooling. But, unnecessary, since I am quite familiar with Donald Baechler and his whimsical work. In fact, his Beach Ball painting and his Flower Study are on my list of all time favorites. As for Laura Ashley, the reference was made with regard to the "prints." As in fabric prints, not the painting.
Go Nelya go.Love the Donald Baechler art as well. You know I do. :)mb from Dallas
I totally agree, the colorful art just gives the look an extra kick!
I totally dig it. I used to hate flowers, but... how can you hate a flower?
Dude, YES! It totally reminds me of Frida Kalo, doesn't it? Sexy.
the art is incredible!
