Off Topic

I know, my blogging has completely entered the realm of pathetic-ness. I have to be honest, I'm just not feelin' it these days. No excuses, it is what it is. Nonetheless, I'm still online, reveling in the amazing projects of others far more motivated, searching out gorgeous interior inspiration, and pinning up a storm. So here's a small offering I had to share, Dirty Pirate Popsicles. Oh yes, you read that correctly. Think of a delicious slushy concoction of Coke, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, and Kahlua. Nice. Can you say, summah time.

I have become a pinning machine.

In fact, this is the very reason why I avoided the lure of Pinterest for so long. I knew I would get sucked into the abyss. Knew it was dangerous to even dip a toe in. But, alas, it is too late. I'm hooked. So here are the fruits of my "labor"...enjoy!

As for me, well, I'm off to pin some more...but you knew that was coming, didn't you. ;0)

Ode to a Faucet

I don't think I've ever done a post in honor of a faucet. However, this one certainly merits the attention. Shiny brass magic. Need I say more?

Raw brass. Bleached wood. Dark slats. Perfect pairings.

On another note, I've succumb. To the allure of Pinterest, that is. I've held out for all this time for fear of losing hours of my life. Well, the fear was warranted, but the promise of beautifully organized inspiration won out. I don't know how diligent a pinner I'll be, but if you're interested, you can follow me here.
