Beautiful photos---they remind me of countless car trips taken during my childhood in Athens, GA. The rain down there makes everything the most vibrant green I've ever seen...
What a coincidence, we are about an hour south of Athens. It's a small world after all! I grew up in Atlanta myself... and these photos were taken driving through south Georgia and Alabama. Your right, everything is so verdant and green after a storm, it's almost unreal.
