42 pounds of carbs (and no, we are not talking about my thighs!)

My dining room has been taken siege by giant loaves of chocolate cinnamon bread. No, I will not eat it all, although I probably could. These are gifts for the neighbors and the smell inside my house is AMAZING. Must march this small army straight out of my house before I succumb to dangerous thoughts of ....I think I am falling prey to bread delirium...

Hello honey, you've been visiting often lately!? Mmmm...deep fried, there's a thought.

Oy. You should see my counter. Covered in booty enlarging little bites of delight and they were ALL gifts.

Major news....coming soon to a sweet blog friend on Jan 5th. Stay tuned!

No fair Ellen, I'm on pins and needles! My kitchen counters are littered with small delights arriving from kind and thoughtful neighbors as well. And they are all going straight into my mouth, ugh! Many small delights= one extra large fanny.

Do you want a clue?

um, YES!!!

Your one and only clue: I spoke to soon in one of my posts....

Oh, and if you guess it, you still have to wait until the 5th but you do get bragging rights for being correct!

p.s. I die for your two most recent posts. I feel the same way you do about both of them. My house is more like the serene one. I will send pics one day. We still have a loooong way to go in the decorating department!

Ellen...dare I say it (in hushed tones) ...another nugget? Oh, I hope so! I'll wait patiently and keep my fingers crossed. I'd love to see pics of your home, we've been in ours for eight years and it's still a work in progress, that's the fun part! I probably tend toward the more chaotic example, but oh how I aspire toward the serene version.
