How small you might ask? Real small. Like 178 square feet small. That's right, I'm no mathematician, but teeny wouldn't be an understatement. And yet, this place packs quite a punch despite its lilliputian dimensions. Tell me, could you live large in this NYC studio? Read more about the owner's creative design solutions here.

I sent this inspirational NY Times apartment link to my daughter who is living in a "400 sq.ft.", fifth floor walk up in West Village. (Actually after visiting her, I question if her apartment is even 400 sq.ft.) But no problem, right? Look at this place for absolute inspiration. Fabulous usage of every inch. The guy is a genius.
Great scouting Nelya.
I've lived at 12 different addresses since graduating college, and my favorite far away was a small 500 sq ft studio apartment in a high-rise tower.
Although I am partial to our new house.
I love little. And I love it more and more the older I get.

i love it. in fact i think it would be awesome to have a small space like this just as a place for me to get away when i needed. my own little sanctuary that i could decorate any way i wanted. i think this guy is a great stylist. styling a small space like this is way more difficult than it looks.
I am with Jenny. How cool would it be to have a get away like this?
love this! i couldn't do it with all five of us, but it would be fun to have a little place in NYC for a weekend getaway...especially if it looked like this one.
I think it's pretty cute -- this guy is a friend of Nick Olsen and those dudes obviously have style.
Not a fan of the plaid throw, though. Must just be me.
I couldn't even imagine, but it sure is cute!
Such an inspirational home!
