Bare Bones Lovely in Paris

Originally a haberdashery built in the 1800s, this beautiful structure residing on Paris's Left Bank is now home to a young married couple. They've chosen to let many of the original, quirky spaces remain intact instead of refashioning the building to suit a more modern lifestyle. I love the beautiful floors, volumes of space, and the charming vine covered exterior.

So lovely and warm. So Parisian and yet it almost feels like the countryside. Man those French have got it goin' on.

I've seen this one somewhere before but can't remember where- it's so so ridiculously fabulous. The place is so romantic and has such an artsy feeling- you can just imagine a writer and a painter living there- stunning!

Hello Mary Ann! I have to agree, as a mama to three kiddos, once the babies arrive everything changes. ;0)

Thanks so much for following, I'm flattered.

Spiral staircases are the Robert Downey Jr. of decorating - very good-looking yet wildly unpredictable.

Ah, but that's what makes him, er, I mean them, so exciting. ;0)
