Absentee Blogger

I have to be honest, I am sooo not feeling blogging right now. All is well and I really don't know why. The end of the school year was definitely more busy than usual, but as of Friday that is officially over for the summer. I am working on a bit of a fun project helping to put together a little girl's room (and no, said little girl will not be mine). I've been searching craigslist like a mad woman and I can't relay the satisfaction of finding a great deal and having my "client" (hahaha) follow through and make said purchase. Yep, shopping vicariously is the bomb. So life is great and busy and perhaps I've lost that blogging feeling (cue music). However, I'm definitely feeling these beautiful spaces right now and I hope you'll accept this post as a conciliatory offering. I'll be back. Soon. I think.

I have that feeling sometimes, so I build up tons of posts when I'm in the mood and on blah days I still have something to publish!

Just discovered your blog. Would be lovely if you popped by mine sometime.

I enjoy doing projects for other people... and it is even more fun when they are friends. I get the fix without the financial commitment.

Enjoy your Summer Nelya.

I sure know what feeling. It hits every summer... I just have better things to do then sit at the computer all day and blog.

Like sit at the computer all day and craigslist ;)

Hope you can do a big reveal of the lucky little's room soon!

Nelya, I totally feel your pain. Sometimes blogging just isn't happening. Too much life going on. Our lives do really parallel each other though. I've been helping my babysitter outfit her new space (found a desk at Habitat, lots of inspiration pics, fabrics, etc.) and it's such fun! Please do share if you can!

Wow. Take off more often! Because when you return, you bring lots of design goodness with you. That top photo is killer.
