There's No Place Like Home

I kind of fell head over heels for this home when I came across ethanollie's flickr stream. Such an inviting space. I especially love all of the vintage details. But my favorite space has to be the little boy's bedroom. Yes, the one with the fabulous slate blue horizontal paneling. The color is outstanding, the wraparound effect that creates a little nook is brilliant, and the overall effect makes that IKEA bed look like a million bucks! I tell you what, take that sweet decal off the thrifted dresser and I would oh-so-happily move in. What a sensational home!

Yes, I loved this... there's a really great interview with Kim at sfgirlbybay, too. It's quite lovely... Just as calm and peaceful as her photos reveal....

Beautiful home! Love the dark paint, especially.

Love this home! The murky slightly-greenish blue paint in the bedroom is brilliant. I'd love to know the color name/brand.

Oops! The above comment was by me -- susie -- not my 13-year-old Isabel. But, she loves this interior too!
