Blue Me Away

I recently came across the beautiful portfolio of photographer David Loftus and I was especially smitten with these images in all of their gradations of blue. From the softest, barely there watery pale, to a lovely robin's egg, culminating in the boldest of bold, royal, these blues simply blew me away.

Hi. Hello. Hi, there, you. I've missed you so while I've been gone..!

As always, a beautiful grouping of photographs. And loved the title, too. :)

Nelya, I have seen your name many times in blog land - and I have been wanting to visit your blog for a long time. I am so glad that I finally did (even though I wonder what took me so long..). Your blog is lovely and fun! Not the same old, same old. Happy Thursday! Mon (and I also have 3 kiddos!)

The blue in #2 is so beautiful -- I bet Raina's bedroom will look like this in the morning light.

Hey Nelya,

Love the circular mirror over the bath, I had a little idea in my head about doing something like this in my bathroom....thanks for a great pic, you may well see this styling in my house in a few months!

Wow, these are gorgeous! He has a remarkable way of capturing the light in each space, and is quite skilled at photographing both modern and more Euro-rustic rooms. Great post, so happy to have found your blog!
