Friday Fixation: RUM Magazine

As much as I love color and pattern and decorating with wild abandon, sometimes clean and simple is the way to go. There is something pure and honest about these interiors. With their use of natural elements-wood, metal, leather, cotton textiles and the stark white background they seem to exude a peaceful sense of being. I think those Danes are on to something.

Hope your weekend is just as peaceful and relaxing. Thanks so much for stopping by this week. I always enjoy reading your thoughts and comments!

Ooo thanks for the new source. Always fun to appreciate it, though I too need a bit more color in my own life.
That arched window??? Oh I ache.

Happy weekend, Nelya!

So with you. Those Danes know what they're doing - like all the Scandinavians. Must be something in the water over there. It looks like I have to add another magazine to my crazy list!

Sigh! I love it! I am way too addicted to color though! Not too much of it around here most of the year.
