Two Key Ingredients

Wouldn't be home sweet home without books and art. Fabulous seating doesn't hurt either.

I really think I can't live without that leather egg chair. Those images are gorgeous. Huge contrast to my two year old's coloring books

Totally!! These images are wonderful. Doesn't help having mad children running around, pulling books out, knocking over the incredible art and then spinning around crazy on that leather chair... That's my house for you. Pxxx

i agree but sadly have just finished reading a book about the 'book being dead' and sadly you know it's true, at least for 90% of the population, and even more sadly, for our kids - big screen, dvd, and the future, where we all are now - the net. if we are not conscientious books will be mere decorative items of no intrinsic value. the beginning of the end....or the birth of the new?

Hi Anon, now that is a totally depressing thought. My defenses are raised. In our household the written word, in actual handheld, non-virtual form, is sacred. You can hardly take a step without running into a stack of books and my children are voracious readers. Still, I see your point, but will hold out hope for a happy medium.

Thanks for visiting and sharing your point of view. And welcome!
