Feel free to call me bookish, there are few places I'd rather be than holed up in a good room with a good book. Oh... I'd love to sprawl right there and read for hours. By the way, I'm about to start a highly recommended book. "Room." Not decorating. Fiction. And supposed to be riveting.

when i was little i used to dread the drive to my grandparents house (car sickness and my mother smoked cigarettes with the windows up- what can i say...it was the 70's) but...when we got there all i did the entire time i was there was either take walks outside or shut the door to the spare bedroom and look at the books on the floor to ceiling bookshelves...all of them too advanced for me..some of them downright dirty..
my favorites were the dog books. just pictures of dogs.
that room up there reminds me of my grandparent's spare room.
Just plain wonderful.
